Great service. Came out and looked at our A/C, ordered parts and within a couple days has us up & running again. Beat another quote as well. Cleaned up when they were done.
We so appreciate Hoss with HN AC. We had concerns about the AC unit at a house we were about to purchase. Hoss came out promptly, inspected the unit, and advised us that it still had some life in it and not to worry. He gave us a very fair quote for a new unit when it needs to be replaced. Hoss is a man of integrity and honesty and his estimates are very competitive.
Happy to have found Hoss after a larger outfit refused to come out to my home in Brock. His pricing is resonable, he answers the phone, and shows up on time, all things I value highly. Next time I need HVAC help he is my first call.

Mr. Neatherlin came out exactly when he said he would. He performed several tests to check the efficiency our air conditioner and gave us an honest review. He did not try to sell us something we did not need! He just told us the truth! It’s great to have an AC guy you can trust!

When I say quick and professional. He is just that. I called Mr. Neatherlin at about 1pm yesterday and he was at my house and finished with the job at about 4:30. Supper friendly and courteous.
